When you contact us. Our contact form collects your name, company, email address, mobile number and your message. Our feedback form collects your name, company, role, email address, your feedback and a star rating.

Usage information. We collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand how the site is used, such as pages viewed and whether videos are played. This uses a random identifier stored in your browser; it is not linked to your identity. If we enable Google Analytics, it may set cookies, described in our Cookie Policy.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, deliver our services, and improve the website. Our lawful bases are your consent (which you give by submitting a form), our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Form submissions are stored securely in our database and are also emailed to us so we can respond. We use the following service providers, who process data only on our behalf:

• Resend , delivers the notification emails for form submissions.
• Vimeo , hosts and serves the videos embedded on the site.
• Render , hosts the website and database.
• Google Analytics , website analytics, only if enabled.

We never sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to provide the service, or where required by law.

We keep enquiry and feedback information only for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep accurate business records, and we delete it once it is no longer required.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bravadocollective.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

The site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
